Ankle pain from stomping, normal?!

Question: Ankle pain from stomping, normal?
a couple minutes ago I got really mad at my stupid mom and stomped with my foot (i was sitting in a chair) realllllly hard. It sent a tingling feeling up my calf and it hurt really bad. It still does. is anything wrong?

Answers:

You could have caused your achilles tendon to tighten up stomping like that for that's what tendons do when trauma is present. To get rid of the pain you have to free up the tendon and here's how to do that:
Achilles tendon:
While sitting and your leg on your lap, take both thumbs and place them side by side at about ankle height on the tendon on the back of your leg and apply pressure hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
