Hearing loss and left side discomfort? help? I'm 16?!

Question:

Hearing loss and left side discomfort? help? I'm 16?

okay so I'm noticing a little bit of hearing loss on the left side as well as general discomfort, numbness, pains, sometimes dumbing.. all on the left side. when I work out and exercise (I'm training for gymnastics and cross country), it seems like one side is weaker than the other.

when I bike, it's like theres a painful shot going down the nerves on the left side

I went to acupuncture today and things did get noticbly better... there's more of a flow now on the left side, but the hearing has not yet improved...

what am I going to do? balance is crucial to gymnastics... where can I go?

for the hearing, the perception and range has changed. it's like something is drowning out the sound and something is really full in the ear

Answers:

I think you need to see a neurologist. There could be some nerve damage somewhere. Did you fall? See a doctor tout de suite.
