What could this be...?
I've had a headache for about 3 weeks now (I know you're going to say go to the doc, and I have an appt but it's next week). But my headache usually comes on every afternoon, but some days-like today- it's here all day. Today it hurts in the mask of my face, like right around my nose and forehead, and on the top of my head, and my ears hurt as well. Whenever I get one of these, I just feel a little sick to my stomach. I don't think it's a migraine, but I'm not sure. I've tried tylenol, advil, sudafed, but they don't help. Any ideas on what this is and what i can do in the meantime?

it could be related to dehydration! are you drinking enough fluids ?(not just coffee.....water)
