How do i reset my internal sleep clock?!


Question:

How do i reset my internal sleep clock?

i go to sleep at around 5 am. but i wake up at around 9 or 10 am. i work out everyday and stay very active throughout the day but cant fall asleep before 3 am.


Answers:

Teach your body to be inactive for a while. Your overworking it.
Do you have a hammock? If not, get one.
Take a rest under a shade tree on your hammock.
-Avoid foods with caffeine, which requires reading labels on -anything you ingest.
-Do work outs four hours before the time you'd like to be asleep.
-Spend four hours out in the sunlight, making sure you are not wearing any glasses, this regulates your melatonin levels, so no matter what, don't skip this process, do it daily!
-Avoid florescent lights- they send out an imbalanced light spectrum that causes our internal clocks to get very confused.
