Can this be considered permanent damage under workers comp?!

Question:

Can this be considered permanent damage under workers comp?

I had a trauma a few months ago but I was just curious if this injury can be considered permanent damage? I also had a closed head injury.my MRI report and it says L3-4,L2-3,L1-2 AND T12-L1 small schmorl's nodes

L5-s1 degenerative disc with left paracentral disc dispersing left s1 nerve root and with outer annular high signal

Answers:

you left out the details of how your work is involved

the closed head injury more than likely is not permanent unless you are showing signs of brain damage (memory loss, restrictions with moving arm/legs,etc)

the back injuries could be life-long and complicated. once you injure your back-it's never the same.

whatever treatment you require from here on out related to your work injury-your work has to pay for. if you end up on permanent disability which means a dr has diagnosed you as being unable to ever work again due to your injuries-it would then become the state's responsibility to pay you social security until your legal retirement age ( a portion of your paycheck was going towards social security benefits).
