Is there anyway to eliminate the spine pain without operation, I am heavely on pain killers for the past 5 years.

Do you know what is wrong that would cause the pain in your back/spine? Pain management doctors can be helpful for other treatments besides pain medications. Have you tried physical therapy, and other treatments? There is also something called a Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) which can be very helpful for people with back pain, but depending on what is causing your pain this may or may not be an option.
