My heel is has been hurting for 2 weeks!!!?
My left heel has been hurting now for about two weeks. I've tried massaging it, soaking it in warm water, and am taking Ibuprofin. Nothing has helped. I've worn boots at work and flip flops in the evening for years and havn't had any problem. Some say it might be a spur. any ideas?

Maybe you should go to a doctor. Especially if it hurts that bad.
