Does Anyone Know What to Do About Knee Pain?
Ever since I did this Air Alert program my knees have been in pain and it has been at least two months. The pain is still there what do I do?
Answers:
yeah definitely see a doctor - you may need xrays and an MRI to make sure there is no cartilage damage - although if it is just pain and no loss of range of motion you could have some form of arthritis.
