Question:

I'm nauseous really early in the morning.?

I wake at 5:45am every day to work out before I go to work. I become extremely nauseous and end up having to stop my workout to vomit, its usually mucous. I can't not not work out in the morning because I am in training for Army ROTC and thats as early as I will be getting up when I am doing PT. What are some tips on dealing with the nausea and or stopping it?

Hopefully you're not pregnant. If you aren't then maybe you should keep some crackers by your bed and eat them before you even get out of bed. Let yourself wake up really good before exercising. If you aren't eating any breakfast maybe you should eat something light, like an apple or some toast. If you are eating breakfast maybe you should wait until after you work out to eat. I think a non-drowsy dramamine is on the market now, maybe you should look into it. If your problems continue for too long maybe you should see a doctor about it, maybe your stomach is producing too much acid.
