What are some good ideas to be able to get to sleep?!

What are some good ideas to be able to get to sleep?

I've gone to bed at like 12:00 or 1:00 every night for the past month. i can't get to sleep. HELP.............


Answers:

Try a sound machine. I have a terrible time falling asleep, but with the sound machine your body will begin to associate the noise (whatever you pick) with sleeping and hearing it will make you drowsy.

Other ideas would be to do strenous exercise (in the morning or atleast 4 hours before you go to sleep otherwise it will keep you up). Or try drinking tea/warm milk.
