I have a skin graft on my knee, if I fall down and it bleeds and the skin tears, what should I do?
If let's say the wound is only a normal wound whereas if it's on normal skin, no stitches will be needed.

thats absolutely right, there are so many variables,
how long ago was your graft done? for what reason? is it a graft or a flap? full thickness or partial? dependent on blood supply? has the blood pooled beneath the graft?
etc - go back to your surgeon!
