What is the difference between Simply Sleep and Tylenol PM? Is one better than the other?

Simply Sleep has no Tylenol pain reliever in it.
I take Simply Sleep every night - with no insurance, I cannot afford prescription sleep aids. I never have any problems with going to sleep or waking up. I take Simply Sleep because I am allergic to Tylenol pain reliever.
Only take two - the recommend dosage. If you take more, you will get the jitters. Those suck.
If you are having trouble falling asleep, you can combine Simply Sleep with a nice bath or some other bed time ritual. That helped me alot, too. I have to relax more deeply to get to the point I can sleep.
If you have insurance, talk to your doctor. There may be a better alternative for you.
