Smoking..........?
Hi all - i want to quit smoking here are my details -
1: im 24 .
2: been smoking for 8ish years.
3: smoke about 10-15 ciggies per day.
I have a few questions:
- what is the easiest way to go about this?
- should i just quit now or do i set a date to quit?
- why am i scared of quitting even though im sure i want to?
- any tips for when im chewing my face off in need of a tab?

u r on the right way so congratulations...
first u have to decrease the num of cigarettes u used to somke per day gradually
it means start with 8 cig. then 6 then 3 then 1 per day till u reach no cig at all ..
its the easiest way cus smoking is just a kind of addiction to something u used to do frequently
and by this way ur blood will get rid of Nicotine gradually, so u wont feel the withdrawal symptoms of nicotine drop in the blood like some headache and some tension and anxiety..
and u\wen u sure u want to, so im sure u will do
no need to scare at all
and u can replace the habit by soing others likechewing gums
and very important to do sport it will help u so much.
and remeber how many bad diseases may hurt one from smoking like lung cancer and heart diseases
and u r still young , so dont hurt ur self , just imagine ur self in 50 if u still smoking , how u will look like?
