Soft Tissuse Hurt?
Does anyone know best treatment for soft tissuse; I reckon muscle, hurt of the the neck.

first of all why does your soft tissue hurt? where you exercising or had a trauma?
if its the neck area we should think of the parts of the neck and mostly there are skin muscles fats and arteries going to the head and there are also lymph nodes in the neck area. I dont know whick one of these hurt you but the most common complaint in the neck area is the muscle for stiff neck . If you think it isnt the muscle probably lymph nodes. you should also check the skin color overlying the affected part.
