Whilst doing body attack part of the class involves lunges?!


Question:

Whilst doing body attack part of the class involves lunges?

i have noticed that i start getting a tight sensation just above my left knee cap, the pain goes once i stop the lunges - can anyone tell me what this is and if its possibly an injury i need to investigate - remember its only when i do lunges and nothing else.

Don't keep doing it. Your bodies waving a big sign saying "ay up, something ain't right".

I used to do karate and it hammered the hell out of my knees doing lunges, I had to up the ante at the gym and do lots of leg strengtheneing (leg press, squats etc).

Your just approaching the limit of what your body likes to do.
