Are there any good over the counter pain reliefs for trapped nerves?
ive been using ibuprofen but think i need something stronger, any advice welcome..thanks.

Seriously go to a doctor. I've had my share of nerve / back pain and the over-the-counter medicines just don't do it.
If you insist on going with over the counter only, do take advise from the pharmacist, but a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen may help. But not much.
