Weightlifting injury, 160 lbs on my forehead?!


Question:

Weightlifting injury, 160 lbs on my forehead?

I was benchpressing the other day, I'm only 13 so 160 was kind of a lot. I can usually get it, but I wasn't paying attention because we were suppose to be doing dynamic bench press. Anyway, I was bringing it down when I realized how heavy it was and I tried so set it back on the thing, but instead it landed on my forehead and I couldn't move it. I sat there with 160 lbs on my head for like 10 seconds before my spotter finally realized what had happened. He picked the bar up and put it on the holder, while I kind of rolled to one side, then the left side of the holder broke and the bar came down and smashed my face, and instead of getting the bar off of my face, my spotter decides to try and fix the holder. Then later, he finally took it off. My question is I had a baseball game after that and during that I got a bump around my forehead, and was wondering if I should worry at all, or if its just a bruise.
