Now that I'm in a cast, what's the best way to combat itching?!

Now that I'm in a cast, what's the best way to combat itching?

I have broken my right shoulder in 3 places while sliding into "home plate" and am trying to keep up with my online friends and sites but, it's really time consuming to type with one hand and this itching is about to drive me nuts!!!! I've never been in a cast before so, if you have or know someone who has, your help is surely welcome *^_^*

broke both me elbow and wrist recently go ahead and itch. it wont itch as much as it will after you get the cast off tho. get a popsicle stick or something and just scratch. the skin is going to die anyway being inside the cast for awhile. just itch it warning you that when you get the cast off it feels really weird
