Knee Exercises?
Last year I broke the head of my Fiblula in my right leg. I went to PT and all that it felt better, but now im getting problems again. I am very active also. Does anyone know some knee strenthing exercises?

If you are having pain, then start by icing your knee and decreasing the activities causing the pain. You may need to take NSAIDs for the pain (ibuprofen, aleve) if you have no problems with these meds. This should help immediately. Then use theraband to perform exercises in the four main directions of the ankle (up down side to side without moving the knee). This is a good first start. Good luck.
