Question: Sharp lower back pain, hurts badly ?

Recently I was in a fight and got slammed on a cement floor. Now my low left side o my back hurts. It only hurts when I make certain movements such as running, moving the left leg up, or bending over. If I'm just standing there it will some times randomly have a pain burst. What is this? How can I fix it? How long will it last? Thanks!
