Somethings wrong with my knuckle, help me?
i got stressed out a few weeks ago so i punched my wooden chair really hard a few times.....now i have bump behind my ring knuckle, but when i make a fist it's gone..and my ring knuckle only hurts when i punch something, what's wrong with it?

It sounds like you may have dislocated your knuckle, the reason the "lump" disappears when you make a fist is because the tendons and ligaments in your hand are pulling it back into place as you flex. If you go to a doctor, they can make sure the bone is in the right position (they almost never cast broken/dislocated fingers anymore), and they'll probably give you a finger splint (or they'll tape your fingers together), but you should get it checked to make sure it doesn't need adjusted or else it will heal in the wrong position which can cause pain and arthritis. Um, please, stop punching things without taping your hand or putting on gloves....
