How Can you lose weight safely but very quickly?!
Question: How Can you lose weight safely but very quickly?
I stuck relegiously to it for 3 months and lose 7 pound. I have quite a lot to lose so i thought i would lose more. The main problem was i ended up with too much uric acid in the blood and now my joints are painful but im going to try fast tract hypnosis. Keeping my fingers crossed. My friend also tried it and only lost 3 pound in a month.
edit this is something i read
I should know. I'm an idiot.
I bought the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program a few years ago (Actually, I think it was called "Weight Loss 4 Idiots" then). I was tempted by their claim that I could "lose 9 pounds in 11 days" by "eating foods that I choose". I was excited to fork over my money and begin my journey to weight loss success.
What happened? Well, when I tried to select my foods, I was presented with a list of food choices, many of which I didn't like. Despite what they'll tell you in the advertisements, this is a high protein low carb diet. And I'm a vegetarian. There were many "fake meat" products to choose from, but I don't like those either.
Still, I thought that I might be able to substitute foods that I did like and somehow apply the principle of the diet. I didn't like what I saw. Other review sites will tell you that you get to eat "4 square meals a day" on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. But this isn't entirely true. You do get to eat four meals a day. However, the "meals" consist of one food only. How much of any one food can a person eat? Not much.
What about all the additional information that comes with the program? There was not a single piece of information on that site which I hadn't already heard from a free source.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots only works because it is a very low calorie, low carb diet. However, it's just that. A diet. It doesn't teach you how to properly eat so that you don't gain weight when you go off the diet. It's likely that this is just a temporary solution.
The weight will come back.
The reality is that losing weight permanently isn't easy and it doesn't happen overnight. I know that's not a popular sentiment, but it's the truth. You are much better off making healthy changes over time that become a permanent part of your life.
Shannon Tani is a former fattie, who weighed over 220lbs. She has currently lost over 70lbs. One day she realized that people would rather hear dieting advice from someone who's "been there, done that" than a boring old doctor who's never been fat a day in his life. So she started the website Better Off Fat to share her experiences and ideas.
You have to get out of that chair and away from the front of that computer to get the exercise. See if you can find someone to work out with you so you are not so on your own with it. Stay way from Carbohydrates like bread and breaded foods French fries and heavy starchy foods. Your blood pressure will come down some when your weight comes down but you should probable be on some meds to control your blood pressure while you lose the weight.
Walking is damn good exercise and its free. Vegetables are your friend but once again not the starchy ones and not macaroni and cheese which I for one think is one of the best inventions in the culinary world. Drink a lot of water while you diet. it will help keep you hydrated and a little fuller. Carrot sticks and celery sticks and some fat free ranch dressing are tasty treats and make a good healthy snack for in between meals and an apple a day goes a long way. Don't forget to eat breakfast. Cantaloupe and low fat yogurt are great and strawberries and yogurt are wonderful too. A hand full of blueberries and a small bowl of raisin bran with skim milk or yogurt and raisins or strawberries is another good choice but cereal has carbs and if you want to lose weight you can't pig out on the cereal.
Remember, you have to decide to lose the weight and no one can do it for you. They can do it with you but not for you.
there's actually tons of sites where you could search better ways of shredding off your lovehandles. The hassle there though is that there's tons of them and you wouldn't know which advice to take and where to start.
But here's a quick way on how i lost more than 10 lbs in less than a year.
1. i DON'T drink COLD, whether it be water or juice or soda, well only when there's a party or during those occasions where you couldn't avoid doing so. My rationale is that there will be faster digestion of the food you've eaten. Could you imagine eating greasy food and then you drink an ice-cold water or somethin? Think of an oil you put inside the fridge.
2. COFFEE. researches say that coffee could help you trim down, look it up on the net.
3. HOT & SPICY food. If you can't help breakin your diet routine, then might as well put tons of hot sauce in it. Google it if you wanna know its relevance in losing weight.
4. SMALL, FREQUENT eating. I call this just munching, snackin small bits of food for like every 3 hours or so. This won't make you feel hungry, and it won't make you feel deprived of food. It won't make you fat because the small munches you took are being digested easily. Picture out a sink clogged up because you jammed so much in it.
Well, I'm technically not a nutritionist or somekindof an expert on dieting, but as a nurse i was able to lose weight because of those theories that i had applied on my own diet. And trust me, it all worked. And I agree with you, looking good and feeling great about your body affects your whole being. So I sincerely hope you'll be happy with the results. Good days ahead!

Put on a sweat suite and exercise. Stop eating a bad American diet. This means, no white flour, no white rice, no corn products, no red meat. Eat, leafy greens, 100% juices, brown rice, whole wheat flower, WILD fish, you can eat more total weight and still loose weight.
With diet and exercise you shuold be able to lose about 2 pound per week. No faster.
You didn't put it ON quickly and can't take it off any quicker than you put it on.
count calories. limit carbs. 1-hour walk a day.
