Back pain solutions?!!!!?

My back has been really bad recently. I've had back problems for about two years and they have just gotten worse in the last week. On a scale from one to ten, it's an eight, on average. I can't sleep because it hurts so bad. I've been to physical therapy and they've taken x-rays of my back and nothing is broken or fractured. Is there a way to relieve the back pain?!!!

I've taken pills. I'm on a constant supply of advil or back pain relief. Don't you think I would have thought about that if it is hurting this much?!!!! You're no help, first person who answered.

Okay, I'll talk to my doctor about an MRI, I don't think I've had that done on my back yet! I know that those can find a cause of pain very well. I'll try those patches, thanks so much!!!

Yeah, I know I was rude. Oops.
I'm sixteen, so it's anything like that. I've tried massage therapy. I do want to try a back brace, I have a feeling I'll end up in one. I'll call my doctor in the morning. Much thanks!

you need to find a specialist and get an MRI ordered and heres my back pain remedy to wake up with out pain go to walmart and get salonpas pain patch's they really work and if you can handle alleve take 3 at bedtime . this keeps me walking straight i hope you the best
