Why do my legs at night feel like lead and they ache? I'm only 16!?
Sometimes I'll be lying in bed unable to sleep because my legs feel so heavy and they ache around the knee area especially. I don't know if I'm the only person with this problem. Can anyone help me?

If you do a lot of activities or play a lot of sports that could be the reason why. If it persists or the pain gets worse I would have you parent/guardian take you to the doctor and make sure you haven't messed up anything. But everyone gets leg pain I'm sure you are fine.
