Question: Do you know how should a 12 year old lose stomach fat?
I am at a perfectaly good height and weight but I have stomach fat, and I am going on a cruise and I really need to lose it. I haven't had my BIG and final growth spirt. Please help me!

If your weight is normal range there are a couple of easy to do exercises for your tummy. Lay on the floor with your legs Straight out. Lift both legs together to as far back as you can. Then slowly lower them towards the flood holding them a couple of inches above the floor for at least 10 seconds. Lower them to the floor and repeat at least 10 times with short (minutes) in between and do at least 3 times. Also there are good old fashioned crunches. Bend your knees with your feet on the ground, put your hands behind your head and do "sit ups' Both of these are very effective. I have a big wedding I have to go to in 2 months, working hard doing these and showing some results.



I'm sorry, but young people are supposed to have some body fat. Just be sure to eat healthy - fruits, vegetables, not fried food, not cheeseburgers and pizza unless made at home in a healthy way, not a lot of chips and crackers and not too many grains and processed foods, and not soda pop or other sugary drinks (don't do diet drinks or food either) and candy, cookies, etc for special occasional treat only. Then, of course, stay active doing fun things.
