my sleep pattern is totally screwed up.. n im having such hard time putting it b!
Question: My sleep pattern is totally screwed up.. n im having such hard time putting it back to normal..?
and i been going to bed at 4 , n wake up at 12, 11, 1,
n been doing that for like past 2 months cause even when i dont party i cant go to bed
n now its more screwed up cause today was st. patties day n i had too many energy drinks
n im still up at 6 40
n two days ago, i pulled an all nighter..
wow.. n the whole not sleeping much and hving 4 hour sleep thing n passing out at night time
doesnt work... what can i do... lol

I know what ur going thru coz I work rotating shifts ( Nurse) so can't get the body clock in tune BUT I find no matter what time it is I darken room fluff up pillows set alarm clock to whatever time I need to get up and just bomb out .
I try to eat at normal times as possible,keep away from caffeine drinks tho,other than that cut back on parties LOL ?
