Directions for optimum Nutrtion?

I bought a Optimum nutritions "serious mass" and on the label it says 2 scoops..but there was no scoop inside the bag...
can anyone pls tell me how many table spoons I should be taking?thanks...

The scoop is probably in there somewhere, I always have to dig it out, its buried somewhere in the bag.
