I am in the last stages of a disability case with soc. sec. I have waited 3 ye!

Question:

I am in the last stages of a disability case with soc. sec. I have waited 3 years, and I have a dis. lawyer.

The law firm specializes in federal disability cases, and they have never lost a case. They took my case on over 3 years ago on contingency, so that gives me confidence. My question is, is it normal to have waited 3 years for the case to go to court? I live in Las Vegas, and my lawyer says that the courts are overloaded here, as so many people move here to live. I have not had any income in 3 years, have rung up all sorts of debt, because the government is as slow as molasses, and now they are driving me to bankruptcy! I have severe degenerative disc disease, am on 30 mill. oxycodone and duragesic 75 mill back patch. I was prescribed morphine, but my body does not agree with it. I have worked all my life, just turned 50, and am disgusted with the feds for making me wait this long, even though I am owed a retro check when I win my case. Even if I could work, I wouldn't get hired because of the serious medications I am on for pain. To summarize, has anyone had any similiar fate?

Save up to take the greyhound to albuquerque, nm. Find a calvary chapel, reformed presbyterian, reformed baptist, or calvinistic methodist church (many of them are my people in general) to help you move if you need to and ask them to contact another church in abq. to help you find a location in albuquerque where there is both a homeless shelter and a place where you donate plasma for money if you have trouble moving about. You can get $160 a month at the minimum weight if you are consistent or more if you are a heavy person. If you don't qualify because of your health then get your nm id and ebt card asap. Churches also provide food and calvary chapel churches as far as I know will deliver you food and other necessities if you really need them.

Apply at the nearest social security office for ssi and so on. It took me about 3 months to get it. It's also legal to smoke marijuana here for medical purposes now, hopefully you can get Medicaid to cover that or use your ssi to get some.

Why live under the hot vegas sun surrounded by noise and pollution? The air is better hear and though it is loud, it's not as hectic and you can hang out at bookstores and read if you get bored at the computer.

Meanwhile here is some basic dietary advice for you which most people can afford with about $20
:
Spring water

Distilled Water (you shouldn't too much except for a detox now and then since it leeches minerals out of your body)

Canned coconut milk

Buttermilk

Concentrated frozen juice with 100%-120% vitamin c (It tastes good mixed with coconut milk if it's strawberry, raspberry or kiwi juice).

Black or red beans
A pack of chicken drum sticks with the skin on

Unsalted Butter

Iodized salt

Stick with that diet and you should get better. Be careful not to over eat because you might run out of money to fast unless you are going to use an ebt card.

You must avoid this to get healthier if it's what you've been drinking now and then:

Regular tap water (and if you must use it for drink then make sure you have something to filter it out with, but you should not drink it at all because of the fluoride in it which is 100% harmful. It has no beneficial effects that I know of. It's not like the toxic metals in vitamins or low dose radiation that can help, it has no benefits at all on or inside the human body).

Fluoridated mouth wash and toothpase

Anything with an artificial sweetener in it other than sucralose, stevia, honey, or sugar. Specifically don't eat or drink anything that says it has aspartame, Equal, NutraSweet, Canderel Splenda, or Phenylalanine in it.

Don't eat any candy, breads, jellies or pies that have been made with refined sugar if you can find something better. It's actually better to starve a little than eat that stuff.
