I woke up this morning and my ears were plugged?

I woke up this morning and my ear was plugged. That was at 7 am. It is now 4:30 pm and my ear is still plugged. Earlier they were ringing. Could it be that I have an easr infection?

Make sure it's not Meniere's disease. See an audiologist to make sure.
