No tv in the bedroom no computer or games before bed going for a walk after dinner in the evening having a hot milk & Horlicks or cocoa before bed and reading a mild book as in no violence or stimulation just a normal story if you can't sleep and this will help also having a warm bath with lavender in it before bed & setting same time each night to go to bed it sets your body clock and don't sleep during the day helps Hugs granny M x
