Question:

I have bulging disc on lower back (last disc) what can I do?

i am going to chiropractic for treatment but just wondering if there is anything else I should do from my end.

it doesn't seen to be at its worst stage but right now i have tinkling feeling or burning sensation on lower back if i sit too long. i can bend my back no problem and no pain.

Answers:

When you are having the pain, you should apply ice packs for 15mins 3times a day to relieve the inflammation. When the pain lesser you should also introduce heat treatment by applying those muscle ache cream. You should not sit down for too long. You should get up every 30mins to walk around for a minute or 2. Meanwhile, you should perhaps also wear a brace to give your back more support. If the pain is not going away, you definitely needs to get an MRI to have a clear picture on what is happening. Your chiropractor will know what to do.
