Pop the chigger bite bubble?

I got a bunch of chigger bites two days ago, and now some of them have these pimply-like bubble. I was just wondering if I should use a sterilized needle to pop them or just leave them alone. I've already accidentally popped some of them by scratching in my sleep.

I hate chiggers! The bumps will pop on their own. I usually get a q-tip and dip it in bleach. I dab it on each individual bite. Then I cover myself in hydrocortisone cream.
