Do i need to go to the doctor?

i was playing with my friends dog and it bit me on accident. it barely broke the skin and bled for less then a minute. she told me the dog isn't up to date on his shots and has never had any shots. do i need to go to the doctor or can i let it slide since the bite mark was so small and it isn't bad?

when i mean little i mean its like a few millimeters in diameter. it's already starting to heal too. i was my hands a lot too, that's where he got me, right on the knuckle. it doesn't look bad.

You should go and at least have it looked at and cleaned. Dogs have a lot of bacteria in their saliva that can give you an infection. Not to mention the other diseases it could have because it's not up to date on shots.

If you choose not to go, just keep an eye on it to make sure that it's not oozing liquid or swollen. That's a sign of infection.
