My cut wont stop bleeding!?

I have this tiny cut, size of a tip of a pen, on my thigh. Last night my dog scratched it and the scab came off. Now it will not stop bleeding! It soaked through a bandade in 2 mintues. Last night i bandaged it and it still bled through. With the amount of blood it is leaking it looks like I got stabbed!

So... this morning it is still bleeding, still soaking through bandades. What can I do to make it stop?

obviously as you can tell on your own its not normal, you can try applying pressure to the cut for several minutes but first apply a clean dressing to it. if that doesnt work you should go to an urgent care center and get it checked out it could be that you have hemophillia, your blood doesnt clot properly and so the cut wont scab. but it also could be a lot of things, the advise that i can give you is get it checked out by your doctor or by an urgent care doctor if it doesnt stop bleeding within the hour, there could be something worse than just a scab.
