Question:

Are there any ways of alleviating hand/wrist/forearm pain caused by repetitive use of clamps/tongs at work?

Answers:

Definetley try and take breaks from that movement IF possible once and awhile at work. Can you switch tasks with someone periodically?

There are exercises you can do for the wrist. You hold a tennis ball in your hand and make a circular motion, moving your hand in circles to stretch out the wrist. Opening and closing your hands too helps stretch out the muscles. Ibuprofen is a great pain reliever in terms of drugs. You can also apply a cold compress like ice in a cloth when you get home to soothe the muscles and tendons.
