I need help writing letter of complaint please?

i am having trouble writing a letter of complaint ...............i took my three year old daughter to a&e she had broken her arm when i was finally seen i was bombarded with a barrage of questions as to how it happened, i understand this is the only way they can flush child beaters out but while doing this i got very distressed as my daughter was in a lot of pain and i couldnt help her yet the people that could help her where more interested in lynching me for it (she was pushed off settee by her friend who is also 3 while at her house) they put a cast on my daughters arm and i had to go to a separate nurse to get a sling who was horrified to see that my daughters arm had been set almost straight when it was supposed to be at a 90 degree angle by the time the mistake had been noticed the specialist had gone home and was not in til monday so my daughter has had to endure the whole weekend with her arm at the wrong angle and has been in alot of pain and discomfort,can anyone please help

first, i understand how you felt during the interview process, but it is good to know that someone is caring for the safety of the children. they could have made the interview process a little faster and with empathy so the child would have been treated as soon as possible. second concern is the palcement of the cast, you can complain to the one who made the cast or there superior.. write a letter or better yet talk to them.
