Left arm pain?!

Left arm pain?
i have recently stopped smoking with the use of nicotine patches. since using these and stopping smoking i have been getting achy pains in my upper left arm as though someone is sitting on my chest and stopping the blood flow to my arm. its a constant feeling but is not always painful, only every now and then does it get painful, but like i say it always feels achy. any advice or has has n e one had this problem before?? any help would be much appreciated
p.s. im 25 and underweight (6'2" and weigh 10st) if that is any help

I had an allergic reaction to nicontine patches and that showed itself as itching and some pain. Perhaps you should speak to a professional and change to some other form of anti smoking aid
