Swollen fingers?
hi i have had swollen fingers on my left hand for approx three months, its mainly in the night this happens, i have been taking a water tab at night to help relieve it. but it it getting just as bad with them, im not overweight, so would welcome any ideas, thanks

Have you been to your doctor? Swelling for that length of time for no apparent reason needs to be investigated. Restriction, perhaps due to how you hold your hand, could be the cause but seeing as it doesn't only happen at night sounds like it is not purely mechanical but possibly related to the tissue.
You do not say if the swelling is painful or hot to touch.
Honestly- water tablets ought ALWAYS to be taken with doctor's advice.
