How can I sleep early when I'm used to sleeping so late?!


Question:

How can I sleep early when I'm used to sleeping so late?

I've been sleeping around 12mn-2am and I need to start sleeping at around 9pm...I can't force myself to sleep that early, any advice on how else I can do it?


Answers:

This is quite a simple solution but not necessarily easy for the next 24 hours. From personal experience though I can tell you that it certainly has worked for me. Are you ready to do this?
Put your alarm on for 5a.m. if you are going to bed at 12mn. Do not nap at all until night time when you need to go to bed. Bring to bed something you like to read. Settle yourself in, relax, read and when you start getting tired, lay the book down, close your eyes and relax and let sleep come to you. Good luck.
