Injured heel from jumping off stage?
yesterday at my recital i jumped off the stage barefoot and landed right on my left heel on the hard floor. today it still hurts like a crazy and i cant walk at all. i put on about a pound of icy hot and i didnt feel a thing. what is wrong with my foot and does anyone have any suggestions to help it?

does anyone know how long it would take to heal, the deep heel bruise(if thats what i have?)

You have a bruised heel...It happens. I did that before and boy does it hurt! It will for awhile, but it will go away and you will completely forget that it happened. I would say try soaking in a bath with Epsom salt. Hot water helps any ailment.
