What are the symptoms of being lactose intolerant?
What is it caused by?
Answers:
It is caused by the enzyme that breaks down lactose being deficient in your body. The symptoms vary from person to person but I suffer from sickness and toilet troubles if I overdo it. However your body does build up a certain amount of tolerance over time, never as much as anyone else but enough to be able to treat yourself now and again!
