Sorry, I forget to mention that we are looking for a job in Singapore. He is a Singapore Permanent Resident.

He studies medicine in India THANJAVUR MEDICAL COLLEGE MADRAS UNIVERSITY.

It depends on where he went to medical school. If he went to medical school in India, in all seriousness, he will probably have to go through a residency in the U.S.

Has he completed any USMLE tests?
