BAD Headache that won't go away? Help?

Please answer only if you answer with a serious response.
I have been having sharp pain in my head, just above the hair line. This pain will send me to my knees, crying, and honestly thinking I'm dying.
I had one "pain" this morning and I've had a dull headache all day. I took ibuprofen and haven't done much physical activitiy thinking blood pressure needs to be kept lower.
Any thoughts? Should I been concern or VERY concerned?

I would go to the hospital right now if I were you. It could be a brain anyeurism. Do you have an emergency number for your doctor? If not, go to the ER. They'll just send you home if they don't think it's serious.
