Question:
Is there a website that rates the quality of care provided by physicians?
I'm specifically looking for a site or an organization that reports on the number and details of complaints filed against a physician or clinic providing hair replacement services. It would be ideal to find a site or organization that also rates these services provided by state or nationwide, showing the highest rated physicians or clinics available in addition to those which should be avoided.
A government or nonprofit website would be perfect.
