Dizziness..?!

Dizziness..?
For the past month or longer I have been getting dizzy out of no where without doing anything to cause it...and my heart has also been acting funny. It will start beating really really fast out of no where and make me breathe faster and then slow back down...it will do that maybe 4 times before it goes back to normal. It usually does it when I lay down but it also does it too if I'm standing there or just sitting it doesnt matter.....can someone help me please? no one will say what they think it is! my mom says its a sleep disorder where i quit breathing but i know its not because it makes me breathe faster and its not only when i sleep PLEASE HELP!!

I have had the exact same thing! I went to the Dr and he said it was fluid in my inner ear. i have this for about 3 months now--but it's a lot better. Only driving seems to be a problem. I had the heart palpitations and near black outs and ALL.
If you don't want to go to the DR, try taking some sudafed. It helps with the fluid in your ear and that way you can see if that's what it is.
