Question:

My lower back hurts after taking sleeping meds?

I've been having problems falling asleep for a while but usually Nyquil or Benedryl helps. However, sleeping pills (i.e. Tylenol PM, Simply Sleep...) makes my lower back ache really bad...even though it makes me sleepy. Anyone have any idea why this is? Thank you.
