Question:

How do you tell if you should go to the doctor for a bladder?

infection. woke up this morning and usually go bathroom in the morning at 6 but slept in and now bladder hurts and hurt to sit up straight because it hurt in the area where things could get you prego.what do you recommend

Answers:

Don't jump to conclusions that you have an infection because of missing a time to go to the toilet and now pain.

You probably have pain from a distended bladder caused by you not voiding when your body usually says to and increased you bladder size.

Drink lot's of water. Put a hot pack on the site. And just keep an eye on it for now. If it get's worse or the pain goes anywhere else or you start to feel unwell, then go to the Doctor.

If it is no better by tomorrow morning the Doctor is the place to go as if you have developed an infection, which I don't think you have at this moment from your symptoms, you will need anti biotics to rid your body of the infection completely.
