Neck problem question!?

I slept funny and when I woke up my back neck on the side is hurting. Every time I look to the right or right down, it hurts. I did put an ointment. Should I just wait for it to heal, or is their something I can do? Thank you. =D


Answers:

Wait a day or 2 for it to heal itself. Heat can help it heal. If it does not heal,see site below with info on healing neck and back pain.
