Question:
Did i pull my hamstring?? (weird injury)?
i was sitting on a lounge chair with no padding on it for quite a long time, and all my weight was on the underside of my thigh (hamstring?) i get up to walk and stumble and cant walk very well.. the next day i see an improvement but i cant run.. did i pull my hamstring?? or what?? i play sports and ive pulled it before but never outside of a game or practice if anything its minor but i need to continue training and playing.. any advice for a quick rrecovery???

theres probably just been a build up of lactic acid in the muscle. just drink lots of water, and try using alternate hot and cold remedies (have a ot bath , and every 30 secs or so, put some ice on it. should be back to normal even of you dont do anythign in no time.
