I have Carpal Tunel in my left hand and it hurts like H311 I really want to find some way to ease the pain....Id appreciate any help i can get

Your doctor can give you a brace for your wrist. It will surprise you how well it works! I used to have this problem BADLY. I thought I'd have to have surgery. It got even worse, because I got an added problem. It's called something like DeQuarvain's Syndrome -- it means a trigger finger in my thumb. So they had to give me a different brace that kept my finger still. I told the doctor he was absolutely crazy, but surprisingly, it worked out beautifully. I'm now completely healthy.
I know it's a terrible pain, but if you get to the doctor's tomorrow and insist on getting that brace -- and RESTING your wrist -- you'll feel much better very soon.
